Pumpkin Fritters with Cinnamon Sugar

 

  • 1 cup cooked and cooled pumpkin of choice

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Oil for frying

 

  • 1cup sugar

  • 2tsp ground cinnamon


Method:

  1. Mix pumpkin, flour and baking powder together.

  2. Fry spoonfuls of mixture in little bit of oil.

  3. It will take about 5 min, turn once.

  4. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon sugar when cooked
