Oxtail
Ingredients:

1kg Oxtail

500g frozen green beans
-
1 onion, chopped
-
500g potatoes, peeled and cubed

Soya sauce
-
1l beef stock
-
Salt and pepper
-
Olive oil
Method:

Fry chopped onion in small amount of olive oil till soft.

Put half of oxtail in pot with the onion, some soya sauce and brown, transfer browned oxtail to a plate and repeat with rest of the oxtail.

Put all the browned oxtail back into pot and pour the beef stock over, cover and simmer for about 2 hours till almost soft. Pour extra water over after an hour if need to.

After about 2 hours add the frozen green beans and potatoes to the oxtail. Cover and simmer till oxtail is soft and potatoes cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
